Terms & License
Usage License
All virtual staging work includes a 99 year non exclusive limited license and may be used for the purposes of marketing your company, your products and services.
Virtually staged images do not replace any existing copyright or license of the original images.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any images provided to Calgary Photos may be used for virtual staging.
All photography and virtual staging work remain the sole property of the photographer. Licenses are not transferable.
Payment
Payment will be due prior to the commencement of work. Only images paid for will be virtually staged.
Turn Around Time
You will receive by email a download link for your virtually staged photos within three business days. Orders can be rushed if requested and received by 2:00pm MST. We will endevour to deliver rush jobs within 24 hours.
