Virtual Renovation Pricing

Simple Virtual Renovation

$55 per image
When all that is needed is a simple wall color change or a fix in the walls, replacement of flooring or ceiling.  

Complex Virtual Renovation

$99 per image
Adding or removing cabinets, walls, windows and other major features.

How to get started

Step 1. Gather your materials:

1.) Photography of the existing space - the more the better. 
2.) Floorplans of the existing space and plans of the renovation
3.) List of finishing selections, appliances and cabinet drawings

Setp 2. Archive your materials:
Place all your materials into a folder and then either using We-Transfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, create a sharable link.
